At CC Bloom Flower Farm, we specialize in elegant and romantic garden-inspired flowers.

We accept a limited number of events in the Okanagan (British Columbia) each year so that we can dedicate our time and resources to each client. From growing beautiful blooms for each of our events, to creating custom arrangements and installations, everything is tailored to our client’s personal style and preferences.

FULL DESIGN

Our Full Design wedding option includes a carefully crafted floral design plan that will elegantly reflect your personality, passion and style. This fully customizable option includes many creative products & services, including personal flowers, large ceremony site installations and reception site decor.

We suggest starting with a minimum budget of $5000 for this service. Out of town and destination weddings will come with additional costs. These items will be outlined in your custom proposal.

We offer our full service package to a limited number of clients each season.
Advance booking of 6-12 months is advised as our calendar fills up quickly!

A personalized floral wedding plan and mood board to capture your wedding’s style.
Ongoing design support leading up to your special day.
Personal delivery and on-site styling and support to achieve your dream wedding.

À LA CARTE

Our À La Carte wedding option is designed for couples looking to create their special day with simplicity and ease. It is a budget conscious option, without our normal minimum spend for full service weddings.

If you already have a clear vision of your bridal party flowers (bouquets, crowns, boutonnieres, etc.), we’ll bring it to life with CC Bloom’s signature, romantic style. Each piece will be completely customized with gorgeous seasonal blooms and your preferred colour palette in mind.

Please plan to book this service as early as 3 months before your actual event date.

Looking to DIY? - We also offer Bulk Buckets of Blooms to create your own arrangements using fresh florals from our farm. More details below under DIY Flowers.

HOW IT WORKS

BEFORE THE WEDDING

All accepted inquiries will receive a general quote for your basic requests.
Once you book and secure the specified down payment, we will work with you to develop a customized quote for you based on your desires and vision. We will be able to guide you no matter what stage of planning you are in, whether you know exactly what kind of flowers you want or if you just know a color scheme. Along with the quote, you will receive a personalized floral wedding plan and mood board to provide a visual perspective of your wedding’s style. Once you have approved the quote, we get to work determining exactly how to bring that vision to fresh and vibrant life on your wedding day.

PICK-UP / DELIVERY

Full Design:
Candice and the CC Bloom team will arrive early (during the time you are getting ready) to deliver corsages, bouquets, and boutonnieres for you and the members of your wedding party, set up any floral design for the ceremony and deliver, prep and place any arrangements necessary for your reception. They will not leave until every blossom and stem is perfectly in place and ready for your big day!

À La Carte:
Your order will be prepared for pick-up from our studio on the morning of your wedding. Delivery can be arranged at an additional fee.

DIY FLOWERS

DIY Flower buckets for weddings & events.

Our buckets of blooms include approximately 60 stems, consisting of feature flowers, accent flowers and foliage/greens, all harvested from what is beautiful and abundant in our fields. You will receive them in buckets of water, and they will typically fill 8-10 mason jars, depending on how you prefer to design with them.

GROWERS CHOICE - $150

These buckets are growers choice of colour and varieties. Typically mixed in color and colourful and vibrant. We select the best of what’s blooming the week leading up to your event.

CUSTOM COLOUR PALETTE - $175

These buckets will contain the colour palette of your choosing. Whether its, blush and white, or burgundy and wine, or mostly white, whichever color palette you have chosen, we can accommodate.

Please plan to book this service as early as 1 month before your actual event date.
Your order will be prepared for pick-up from our studio the week of your event. Delivery can be arranged at an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Premium blooms such as, Ranunculus, Dahlias and Peonies and Garden roses are not included in this bulk option, but can be ordered separately.
