Mother’s Day in the Garden: Yoga, Sound Bath & High Tea

Join us at CC Bloom Flower Farm for a beautiful afternoon of self-care and love this Mother’s Day.
Creating special time with mom is always important, that’s why we created a few ways for you to do just that.
Yoga & Sound Bath
10:30am-noon
Angela and Kate weave together a magical wellness experience of Crystal Singing Sound Bowls, calming guided meditative breathwork, and gentle Yoga movement at the stunning location of CC Bloom Flower Farm. Join Angela and Kate for the ultimate Mother's Day Morning of Self-Love, Peace, Blessings and Heart Felt Connection.
Included with the yoga is 1 packet (per person) of CC Bloom seeds - your choice of variety.
Kate Fagervik @mrsfagervic (she/her) is an artist, musician, healer and magic maker who lives in Secwepemc'ulucw. She's been playing crystal singing bowls since 2017 and loves to work collaboratively with other mystics, healers and creatives to craft unique workshops and offerings. Kate has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and is trained in hatha, restorative, yin, pre/post natal, kids and laughter yoga, meditation and sound healing, and loves to weave it all together in her sound bath experiences.

Angela @yoga.incanoe is a born and raised small town Sicamous girl. She is a mother of 3 and raises her family in beautiful Canoe BC. Angela offers weekly yoga classes of many styles in Canoe and Salmon Arm area including Hatha, Prenatal, Postnatal, Chair Yoga and Barre. She is a certified Heart Yoga, Barre Yoga, & Youth Yoga instructor and is also trained as a Reiki Master. She has been teaching in the Shuswap community for over 6 years and is passionate about offering accessible yoga classes for every-body. Her love to work collaboratively with other healers creates unique and heart felt experiences for her participants.
High Tea

Mother's Day is a special occasion to celebrate the love and care of mothers, and what better way to do so than joining us for a Mother's Day tea at the flower farm.
Ethereal Tea, known for their exquisite blends and flavors, will be offering a variety of their teas that pair perfectly with delicate tea sandwiches, mini scones with clotted cream and jam, and a selection of delectable desserts. The combination of fragrant teas, scrumptious bites, and the picturesque backdrop of the flower farm will create a truly enchanting atmosphere for you and your mom to enjoy.

This Mother's Day tea celebration will surely be a memorable and heartwarming experience that your mom will cherish. Included with the tea is a small bouquet of our farm fresh blooms.
