I understand that if my vendor application is successful, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of participation as outlined below.
Market Vendors:
all vendors are required to stay for the night market. this is a requirement to be a vendor. there are no exceptions. The day market is from 10am-4pm, and the night market is from 6pm-9pm. The two hour break in between is designed to give vendors a break. They can stay at ccbloom during this time, or leave and come back.
Our receipt of your vendor application does not guarantee acceptance.
We accept vendor payments through our secure e-ecommerce shop only. Once an application is accepted, an email with the link to the e-commerce shop will be sent to the vendor, at which point the vendor has 72 hours to pay. If payment is not received within 72 hours, the spot becomes available for another applicant.
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
Once accepted, vendors are expected to help showcase the event through their social networks and word of mouth. Please tag @ccbloomflowerfarm @CCBLOOMEVENTS & @summerlovemarket so that we can share your content to our instagram stories.
grand door prize participation is required by all Market vendors. Vendors will be asked to submit one item for inclusion in our markets 5 grand door prize. Further details will be provided upon acceptance.
Discount coupons, promo codes and single postcards/stickers will not be accepted as door prize items on their own. There is no shared participation.
a 10’ x 10’ tent will be provided to each vendor. Tables, linens, and Chairs will not be provided and are required by the vendor, if so desired. other Vendor supplied furniture may be allowed only with prior written permission.
Vendors agree to being photographed & videographed at summer love market and to allowing market foOtage to be used for promotional purposes.
Vendors must come prepared with enough stock to last the entirety of the market. an estimated 4,000+ guests are anticipated to attend the market. We recommend overstocking as much as possible.
Load-in begins the morning of the event at 7am sharp. We will provide all participating vendors with a set-up/tear-down schedule prior to the event. Vendors will be notified of their location the night before with a map emailed to them. All vendors are required to dismantle and clear their belongings immediately following the close of the event.
Vendors agree to be market-ready at least 30 minutes prior to the public opening time.
all vendors are required to remain fully set up and present at their tent for the entirety of the market. Vendors are not permitted to pack up if they sell out early. No exceptions.
I (The vendor) understand that I am legally liable for any negative consequences following the purchase or consumption of my products.I understand that summer love market may contact me for event-related information.
This is a vetted event. Vendors must provide image links or individual image files for the product/s to be sold at the event. No "sale", "% discount" or "clearance" signage is permitted at the event. Vendors are responsible for their own signage, permits, product labels, collection of sales tax and credit/debit services.
summer love market vendors are solely responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, facilities, insurance, and approvals required to sell your goods at the market. summer love Market is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft as a result of failure to do so.
If any government agency, court, person or commercial body orders sale of your products cease, you will immediately comply with this order.
As a vendor, you will indemnify summer love Market for any loss, fine, penalty, judgement, legal fees, and expenses reasonably connected with your failure to comply with the terms of this agreement or any liability, negligence, gross negligence or injury resulting from your products, actions, conduct, booth setup, display or trade activities.
Vendor fees are non refundable. no exceptions.
In the circumstance that the event is cancelled, ccbloom flower farm will not provide any compensation for loss of income.
Failure to comply will the above terms will result in the cancellation of your application.
ccbloom flower farm and Sand and stone jewelry are not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever, arising from any cause, nor for any loss incurred by reason of failure of The Vendor to obtain such insurance or failure of such insurance to cover any loss.
Market Food Trucks:
All above terms and conditions listed to Market Vendors apply to Food Truck vendors, along with others noted below.
Each food vendor must comply with Township of Spallumcheen rules and have proper business licensing. Participation will not be granted without this information.
All food vendors are responsible for providing individual hand washing stations and planning individual spaces accordingly to accommodate this station.
