Evening Yoga & Sound Bath in the Garden

Join us at CC Bloom Flower Farm in Armstrong, for a beautiful evening of yoga.

Surround yourself in nature, breathe in the fragrance of fresh flowers blooming all around you! Take in the serene mountain views as you enjoy a beginner friendly yoga class and sound bath experience at CC Bloom Flower Farm with Yoga in Canoe.

What to Bring:
Wear comfortable clothing for outdoors. Bring a yoga mat, we will have extras if needed. A blanket, bolster or any props you would like to bring. We are looking forward to sharing this experience with you!
